Our Hero Products Polpa: finely chopped to ensure a rich texture and an abundance of tomato pieces in every bite, our Polpa has a bright red colour and the fresh flavour of perfectly sun-ripened summer tomatoes. Ideal for recipes requiring long cooking times such as curries and ragu, or dishes requiring high temperatures such as pizza. It can also be used straight from the tin for bruschetta or gazpacho. Passata: with a sweet flavour, vibrant red colour and velvety texture, our Passata brings a creamy and luxurious consistency to dishes.
